Elton John was busy during the pandemic, making an album called “The Lockdown Sessions”.  It’s loaded with guest stars that run the gamut!

The tracklist includes, “Cold Heart (PNAU Remix),” the song with Dua Lipa that recently brought him back to the Billboard Hot 100.  It also has the, “Nothing Else Matters,” cover with Miley Cyrus that’ll be on, “The Metallica Blacklist,” album.  And a collaboration with Lil Nas X, which will also appear on his debut album, “Montero.”  You can check out the “Montero” tracklist here.

Elton’s other guests include Stevie Wonder, Stevie Nicks, Nicki Minaj, and Gorillaz.

He said quote, “At the start of my career in the late ’60s, I worked as a session musician… Working with different artists during lockdown reminded me of that.  I’d come full circle: I was a session musician again . . . it was still a blast.”

The album comes out on October 22nd.
