Police, in Naples, Florida, say Eugene Bingham was causing quite a scene as he walked drunk through downtown Naples and also declared he was Mick Jagger on Monday (February 7th).

The authorities say he disrupted a number of downtown Naples restaurants, yelling at guests and even tried to fight some people at a bar. He was found walking near bathrooms in Cambier Park after a woman told police “a drunk male in a red shirt is yelling at people claiming he is Mick Jagger.”

He was arrested and vomited in the back of the Naples police patrol car. He faces charges of disorderly intoxication and battery on a law enforcement officer.
