Chicago was one of the Top 10 destinations to move to last year

This may shock you, but Chicago was actually one of the most popular places to move to in 2021. According to Penske’s annual Top Moving Destinations report, Chicago took the 10-spot when it came to one-way consumer truck rental reservations.

This was the first time Chicago made the top 10 since 2015. Another possible factor is that according to recent U.S. Census Bureau data, fewer Americans are moving right now. Either way, Chicago’s back, baby!!
