Hilarious Sesame Street Blooper features Julia Louis-Dreyfus cussing in front of Elmo

Elmo joins Detroit Symphony Orchestra musicians to teach a group of children at Fleming Early Learning Center in Detroit on Thursday, June 20, 2019 about the fundamentals of music like tempo and rhythm as a part of the Sesame Street Workshop national road trip to celebrate their 50th anniversary. A “Sesame Street” blooper from 1994 showing Julia Louis-Dreyfus accidentally cussing in front of Elmo has been going viral.  In the clip, Julia gets her line wrong and says the S-word.

Elmo then requests $5 for the swear jar, and Julia responds, “You’re going to be a rich Muppet at the end of this day.”

People online are impressed that Elmo stays in character in between takes.  But one person asked, quote, “Elmo shook down guest stars?”
