Ravinia canceled all shows through Sunday in response to Highland Park tragedy

The outdoor concert venue, Ravinia, has decided to close its doors through Sunday, July 10th. A message on their website states that the decision is, “out of a deep respect for our community.”

The decision comes in the wake of the 4th of July tragedy that took place during the town’s parade. Ravinia is granting full refunds to ticket holders.

The move cancels Sheryl Crow‘s Thursday Show, John Fogerty‘s Friday Show, and Lyle Lovett and His Large Band on Sunday. The Ravinia Sumer Concert series will return on Tuesday, July 12th with The Black Crowes.
