PETA offered to replace Oscar Mayer wienermobile’s stolen catalytic converter if they call it a ‘Not Dogmobile’

Oscar Mayer was left scrambling after someone stole the catalytic converter off their wienermobile

It happened in Las Vegas.  Someone got underneath the 27-foot hot-dog-on-wheels and sawed the thing off.  They also removed a bunch of other parts to get to it.

PETA got wind of the theft and actually offered to pay for the hot dog vehicle’s new catalytic converter… IF they call the vehicle a, ‘Not Dogmobile.’ The new name would be part of an effort to promote vegan hot dogs.

Kraft Heinz (Oscar Mayer’s parent company) respectively declined but did promote their plant-based Philadelphia cream cheese.
