John Mulaney to make history as first comedian to play Wrigley Field

John Mulaney is set to make history next summer.

The Chicago-native will be the first comedian to headline Wrigley Field.

Mulaney made the announcement during Tuesday night’s Chicago Cubs game where he also sang the 7th Inning stretch.

He’ll take the stage in the Friendly Confines Saturday, July 11, 2026.

Fans can register for presale on the Cubs website.

“I’ll be the first comedian to ever play Wrigley Field. .. It’s really cool,” Mulaney said during the announcement. “I’m so excited for it.”
