Fans can count on some unreleased Queen music on the soundtrack for the biopic Bohemian Rhapsody, which opens on November 2nd. The original soundtrack will feature a total of 22 tracks including previously unissued performances from the band’s July 13th, 1985 Wembley Stadium show-stopping set at Live Aid, which included such classics as “Bohemian Rhapsody,” “Radio Ga Ga,” “We Are The Champions,” and others.
According to Billboard, the soundtrack — which drops on October 19th — features a version of “We Will Rock You” (which) starts off as the original recording before seamlessly transforming into a live performance that has members of the audience participating in the anthemic track. ‘Don’t Stop Me Now”‘ features a re-recorded guitar section from Brian Mayto resemble the way the band plays the track today. Listeners will also be treated to Queen’s unique rendition of the ’20th Century Fox Fanfare,’ along with unreleased live tracks from performances that took place in London, Paris, and Rio de Janiero.” (Billboard)
