Falls caused by slick ice on the ground is on the rise. Doctors are noticing an increase of patients who have experienced injury from slipping on ice. “We’ve actually seen a lot of patients come in for slip and falls especially this time of year in Chicago with all the ice happening,” Blake Kliegl, Medspring Urgent Care Director of Physician Relations told ABC 7 Chicago.
