Happy Meowloween! Chicago Animal Care and Control is waiving adoption fees for all cats and kittens throughout the month of October. During the shelters annual Howloween event October 26-27 adoption fees will be waived for all animals and you’ll be able to see adorable dogs and cats dressed up in costumes.
