For over 30 years, Naperville’s Knock Park has served as the location for one of the hottest suburban events of the summer: Naperville Ribfest. The event, known for it’s amazing barbecued food, has been an event that has drawn big musical acts such as Steven Tyler, Stray Cats, Sheryl Crow, The B-52’s, Blue Oyster Cult, Pitbull and more.
While the fest will live on, the location will move for 2020. Naperville will be renovating Knoch Park and therefore, have to find a new home in the process. Where this new place will be has not yet been decided. With plans for a new softball field and more, it is not likely that Ribfest will return to Knock Park after 2019.
