Head to the burbs for this Italian fest that features appropriate food, activities and music!

Soulful Chicago Book Fair

E. 61st Street (from Cottage Grove Ave. to M.L.K. Drive)
This free literary event celebrates African culture.  There will also be food vendors (just don’t spill on the pages!)

Art at the Glen

See art from over 175 artists at this outdoor event.  There will be food, activities and even live music.

Bristol Renaissance Faire

See works from many artisans, merchants and performers including jousting knights and ravishing rogues. The Faire is a rollicking romp through Elizabethan England complete with 16th Century games and rides, arts, crafts, food, music and dance.
