Joining the list of Chicago zoo’s opening back up to the public soon, The Shedd Aquarium has announced they are returning soon as well. Phase 4 kicks off this Friday and with the new guidelines, The Shedd will be able to reopen to the general public on July 3rd.
Just like the other zoo’s The Shedd will be requiring the limited amount of attendees to adhere to timed-admission. Visitors will also require masks and will follow predetermined paths designed to keep people moving and apart.
Starting the weekend right with penguin playtime! 🐧 Just as their wild counterparts would, the penguins at Shedd are always discovering new and interesting items to explore and play with.
