A group cruising along the river on Tuesday spotted an unusual sight as a driver navigated down the Chicago riverwalk in Streeterville.
Photos captured by @the_lettuce_cat showed a silver vehicle driving west along the riverfront walkway, near River Esplanade Park, before crossing underneath the North Columbus Drive bridge.
Currently, it is unclear how the car got onto the path, but one of the only access points where a car could navigate to it is near the park at North New Street.
Chicago police have not yet provided details on the incident.
