You never know just who you might bump into on the street and how much they’ll have influenced your tee shirt. A fan experienced that exact situation when he bumped into two strangers on the street who spotted his “You’re killing me Smalls,” shirt. Fans of the 1993 classic, Sandlot, will no doubt recall that line spoken by Hamilton “Ham” Porter to Scott Smalls. The actors that played Ham and Smalls also remember that line.
Patrick Renna, who played Ham, was with Tom Guiry in Manhattan when they spotted a fan wearing the the iconic line on his shirt. Renna complimented the shirt and the fan had no idea who he was. Renna decided to capture the random encounter in a picture and the 25-year-old fan was none the wiser. The picture has since gone viral and will definitely be a memorable keepsake if that fan should ever realize he took a picture with Ham and Smalls.
