Fourth Of July Fireworks, Shows, Parades And Parties: Your Guide To Celebrating Independence Day In Chicago

The Fourth may be on a Tuesday, but there are plenty of events throughout the next week to eat, drink, cruise and watch fireworks. Here’s where to find Fourth of July events around the city:

Downtown/The Loop

Navy Pier Fireworks

There are no fireworks on July 4 at Navy Pier, but you can catch the regular Saturday and Wednesday shows.

When: 10 p.m Saturday and 9 p.m. Wednesday. Saturday will be the patriotic display. 
Where: Near 600 E. Grand Ave.

City Cruises Fourth of July Cruises

When: Times vary on Saturday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Where: Navy Pier, 600 E. Grand Ave.

Grant Park Music Festival: An American Salute, Rhapsody in Blue

When:  6:30-8:30 p.m. Wednesday

4th of July Celebration on the Yacht!

When: 7:30-10:30 p.m Saturday

Live on the Lake

When: 2-8 p.m Tuesday

When: 9 p.m – midnight Monday
